Right Internal Jugular Vein in Pediatrics
摘要
This chapter outlines the technique for performing the puncture of the right internal jugular vein (RIJV) in pediatric patients using the short-axis view (SAX view). An introducer needle is used to perform the puncture, implementing the technique of dynamic needle tip positioning (DNTP) guided by ultrasound in real time, which facilitates precise guidance of the puncture and minimizes the risk of inadvertently injuring adjacent structures.
