摘要
This is an auxiliary chapter in which one presents some basic results on nonlinear m-accretive operators in Banach spaces and the semigroups of nonlinear contractions generated by these operators. These results, which are indispensable for the existence theory of nonlinear Fokker-Planck equations, are presented without proofs.
