Applying a User-Centered Design (UCD) Approach to the Increasing Number of Anxiety Disorders in Students and Workers
摘要
Anxiety disorders have a negative impact on work and academic performance, so it is important to look for new solutions to minimize the inequalities that can arise in the workplace or at university. Apps and design products targeting anxiety disorders can help reduce stress and improve mental well-being. Finding innovative solutions and, last but not least, testing these solutions and adapting them to users is key. The goal of the work is to examine existing designs and to test new ways that would respect the requirements of the selected target group.
