Renewable Energy as a Factor of the Sustainable Development of Society

The sustainable development of world civilization is largely associated with the population education and energy. Modern civilization is characterized by global changes in the means of forming intelligence, professionalism, and the art of management. Currently, new energy and information and communication technologies, distance teaching, and artificial intelligence are widely used in various areas of human life and, first of all, education. The need to expand the sphere of education has been prepared by growth and the humanization of all areas of life. Renewable energy opportunities give a huge incentive to the development of business and population in each specific territory according to its special nature. The transition to the efficient use of renewable energy makes it possible to solve the problems of ecology, health, development of territories, and society as a whole. According to the International Energy Agency, the rate of renewable energy use is more than 25%. The creation of a large-scale educational process in the field of renewable energy is critical. The main directions of the educational process are as follows: the use of renewable energy, the advantages of renewable energy, and the technological features of its application for the development of business and economy of the territories. In this paper the following subjects are considered: characteristics of the innovative educational process; advantages of distance teaching; application of modern information and communication technologies; and methods for the learning process.
