How We Become Experts

In this chapter, the focus is on how we become experts. We present a model that outlines five key factors in this process: focused training, passion for achievement, grit/perseverance, mindset/growth mindset, and follow-up/mentorship. This part discusses each of these factors and also presents a model focusing on the motivational factors, i.e., passion, grit, and mindset.
