摘要

Data Envelopment Analysis is used as an efficient tool in determining the productivity of organizations as a non-parametric method. In today's world, where competition in business and trade has become a fundamental implication, and any organization or brand that does not act intelligently in this competition is forced to accept failure, the concept of  has taken a different position. In the studies carried out in the evaluation of organizational productivity, usually the parts of the organization are investigated, which are located in the departments of the organizational queue, and less attention has been paid to the headquarters units of the organization in the evaluation of their productivity. Also, in most of the studies conducted in data envelopment analysis using fuzzy data, only the membership function has been used for quantification. But in some studies, it is necessary to use internal and external utility in addition to the membership function. In this article, the output indicators of the model are used by considering the internal utility as the utility that DMU has in the organization and the external utility as the value that DMU has for the organization. Then, by valuing the membership function, the output values for each headquarters have been obtained, and finally, by using the classic analysis of the BCC model, the productivity has been evaluated and the DMUs have been compared with each other.
