摘要

This paper outlines a comprehensive approach to product enhancement that combines state-of-the-art methods for developing new products with a strong focus on improving user experience. Organized into six sections, the paper begins with a Literature Review that examines the most recent developments in product enhancement to establish the foundation for the analytical framework of the research. The architecture of the approach is explained in the Materials and Methods section. User Experience (UX) heuristics, Quality Function Deployment (QFD), and the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) are all integrated together into a unified approach. The article illustrates the use of this methodology in practical product development through a Case Study on an interactive animatronic teddy bear designed for kids. The Results and Discussion section uses a MatLab model to analyze and assess the development steps used to reach the predetermined goal. It provides a full description of the improvement process. This section highlights how the approach relies on iterative development, effective conflict resolution, and continuous UX optimization to achieve significant improvements in the functionality and quality of user interactions with the teddy bear. The conclusion summarizes the main achievements, highlighting the successful fusion of several approaches to product development and confirming their effectiveness in improving user-centered solutions.
