Industry 4.0 Integrated with Different Management Paradigms: A Bilbliometric Analysis

With the advent of Industry 4.0, the business environment has undergone significant changes that require companies to adapt to rapid technological advances, increased connectivity, and data-driven decision-making. In this context, this article explores the dynamic domain of contemporary management paradigms. The aim of this initiative is to develop research that integrates the benefits of Lean, Agile, Collaborative and Real-Time Management approaches, assessing the synergy in the context of Industry 4.0. Through a bibliometric analysis, conducted by VOSviewer software, the main management paradigms were thoroughly analyzed, revealing a flexible domain shaped by the evolution of business and social demands. Integrating Industry 4.0 into management strategies helps address organizational needs and ensures comprehensive, flexible and efficient support. The significance of examining and using many management paradigms is underscored by this study for businesses aiming to achieve long-term and competitive benefits. It emphasizes the necessity of an all-encompassing plan that integrates the best features of many ideas.
