摘要

In a dynamic global economy, production must quickly adapt to demand fluctuations and supply chain disruptions. Flexible manufacturing systems provide the necessary flexibility, enabled by real-time monitoring of process parameters and a variety of in-plant logistics solutions such as AGVs, AMRs and conveyors. Enterprise software such as ERP and MES further improves resource control and management. This article presents a graph theory approach to plant intralogistics, highlighting the potential for customization. By integrating mobile manipulation with multiple robots, autonomous units can transport and perform manipulation tasks in and between production cells, increasing the ability to adapt to changing conditions. Our proposal aims to improve production flexibility in the era of Industry 4.0, offering a roadmap for implementing advanced intralogistics systems tailored to the individual needs of the enterprise. Planning of intralogistics transport tasks was presented on a selected example of a mobile robotic system supplying components to the assembly line. The developed algorithm illustrates the usefulness of the solutions used in the described areas.
