Integration of Augmented Reality and IoT Elements in the Maintenance 4.0
摘要
This article deals with the integration of modern approaches such as augmented reality and IoT technologies into the field of Maintenance 4.0. It describes the design of an algorithm and the subsequent implementation of a model for the collection, visualization, simulation and analysis of process data from additive manufacturing using IoT sensors, which represent an important role in the introduction of proactive maintenance. Data from the sensors are obtained and completed using the MOXA ioLogik W5340 device and then sent to the cloud storage. To ensure better simulation and visualization of process data with personnel during additive manufacturing, augmented reality is created in the Vuforia Studio application, available through the ThingMark uniquely identifiable marker. This provides the staff with current process data on a mobile device.
