An AI-Driven Model for Decision Support Systems

In the recent public and intellectual debate, the necessity of becoming ready for the digital transition is becoming mandatory in every management. With varied advantages of Artificial Intelligence, the end user experience of every application or product in today's life has become more of ease in a management point of view. The current technology revolution is forcing businesses to evolve quickly and has drawn more attention to the importance of teams in promoting the adoption of new ideas. We had made a relative study of several standards across varied professional groups evolved from the goal programming method on behalf of determining best distribution of people among various groups. We had applied the decision-making process with weighted goal programming with respect to various criteria like ability to adapt a new technology, utility of technology, assessing the new technology outcomes, varied alternatives and task related effort. By incorporating this advice into a future team formation model, every professional group will be certain to have less conflict when making decisions based on machine learning. This paper aims to provide an AI driven model for team formations in an organization.
