Toward Behavioral Meta-rules for AI Entities in the Altug Scenario
摘要
The article aims to develop a universal ethical framework for the behavior of artificial intelligence (AI) entities by formulating and making available to the academic community a set of meta-commandments and meta-rules intended to guide the ethical behavior of AI entities in the process of automatic algorithm generation. The study adopts a mixed qualitative-quantitative methodology using ChatGPT 4 to synthesize and generate ethical rules based on principles drawn from ten major religions and societal ethics. This approach is complemented by inviting the academic community to revise and improve the proposed rule set, thus promoting an iterative and inclusive process of ethical development. The main result is the formulation of the set of 12MC&24MR, which constitutes an initial basis for the BMRAI component of the Altug scenario. These meta-rules are designed to ensure the flexibility and adaptability of AI entities’ behavior to the ever-changing ethical and societal context, promoting transparency, equality, accountability, and societal involvement in the development of AI technology. The article contributes to AI ethics by proposing a robust ethical framework anchored in a multidisciplinary and transreligious approach. The innovation consists of applying ChatGPT 4 technology to generate ethical rules and opening a constructive dialogue between AI entities and the human community, marking an important step towards developing an algorithm-based society that values and promotes universal ethical principles.
