Toward a Theoretical Framework of Business Analytics on Organizational Performance

Scholars assured that there are several key patterns that impact and lead institutions all around the globe, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, Cloud service, Big data and 5G. Also, Business Analytics (BA) considered as the upheaval technological development, which leverage the institutions’ performance, and in making better decisions. Thus, the present study aimed to develop a theoretical framework toward BA Systems usage, and organizational performance. By employing Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) theory, the researchers developed a theoretical framework designed to measure the influence of BA Systems usage enablers on organizational performance, mediated by BA Systems usage. They also developed a survey questionnaire that will be distributed to selected sample in Jordanian institutions, in order to address the study's inquiries and evaluate its predicted hypotheses.
