摘要
Weeds are one of the major problems faced by modern-day farmers. They compete with the crops for various resources and also harbor pests and diseases. Thus, weeds pose a great threat to the crop production. This chapter explores various facets of weed management. Various topics like classification of weeds, crop-weed interaction, effects of weeds, and most importantly the management of weeds for sustainable crop production have been discussed.
