These are stories collected from the words of the people who lived them. These stories help to illustrate the variety of circumstances in which someone might seek an abortion. When I was 17 weeks pregnant with my second baby, my waters broke. It was a complete shock. We had tests and scans that confirmed we were having another boy, and although the waters had broken, he was healthy with enough fluid around him. We named him Max. We opted to continue with the pregnancy as both Max and I were well.
