Psychological Perspectives on the Influence of Robotic Emotional Cues on Human User Interaction Intention

摘要

Intelligent robots are a highly visible development in the field of science and technology, and have been undergoing a technological revolution in the last decade, driven by Industry 4.0, the Internet of Things, and emerging technologies. Influence on the design strategy and even the production method of the update iteration, which makes the intelligent robot designers and intelligent robot users, the concept of intelligent robots and the way of use has changed; at the same time, the influence of the robot has been more than the robot product itself, which is a clear indication of the importance of intelligent robots for the improvement of human society's productivity and the progress of social civilization. In the industrial field, the use of intelligent robots has become very common in the production line, they can perform repetitive and dangerous tasks, freeing up human resources, reducing the risk of accidents and improving productivity. In the medical field, intelligent robots are used in surgery and rehabilitation, making medical treatment more precise and efficient. In the field of agriculture, the application of drones and automated farm machinery has helped increase the productivity of agricultural products. In the field of education, intelligent robots can be used as educational assistants to interact with students and provide a personalized learning experience; however, in order to realize the full potential of intelligent robots, not only advanced technology is needed, but also an in-depth understanding of the psychological factors of human-robot interaction. Effective interaction between intelligent robots and human users is the key to realizing their potential. This involves not only the external design and functionality of the robot, but also many aspects of the user's attitudes, emotions, and habits. Most of the current research around intelligent robots has been devoted to defining what factors affect human users’ willingness to interact, but few systematic studies have analyzed how the factors affecting willingness to interact work from a multidisciplinary perspective. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to explore the integration of intelligent robots with the causes of interaction willingness in psychology, to examine the literature on related topics using a combination of scoping reviews, scientific mapping, and bibliometrics, to reveal the current state of research and hotspots in the field, to identify the developmental and emerging areas in the field, and to point out the trends and directions for future research. The findings emphasize the psychological disciplinary perspective to analyze the significance and necessity of human-robot interaction, and the specific influencing factors on the willingness of intelligent robots to interact with human users. Providing tools and frameworks for in-depth understanding of user needs and feedback from a psychological perspective helps to refine the theoretical and practical approaches based on user experience in intelligent robot applications, providing references for future research, as well as potential themes for future research.
