摘要

The design and evaluation process of a remote communication system that supports hybrid work is presented. Based on the previous psychological, HCI and CSCW studies, we design and evaluate hybrid collaboration support systems that allow viewpoint control of remote office images for remote workers. The aim of the design phases was to ascertain the system specifications and the potential application domain, and the evaluation phase tested the effectiveness of the system using objective and quantitative metrics. Although the evaluation phase was still in the preliminary stage with a small data set, the results suggest that the system and the design method have promising possibilities.
