This chapter explores the threats associated with the development of artificial intelligence and the risks of its implementation. For the first time, a foundation is established for defining indicators of threats and risks related to AI. Emphasis is placed on the use of AI in the interest of ensuring national security and state defense. The chapter highlights essential aspects to consider when formulating strategies for using artificial intelligence (AI) and their practical implementation.
