Fuzzy Logic Models for Technological and Communication Electronic Control Systems
摘要
In this chapter, fuzzy-logical models of intelligent technological and communication electronic systems are considered. Fuzzy-logic models are considered separate problems in artificial intelligence tasks. All presented models are based on the formation of membership functions, the formulation of fuzzy rules, and the provision of fuzzification and defuzzification of controlled parameters using the corresponding mathematical operations of fuzzy logic theory by analyzing fuzzy statements. As examples of fuzzy logic models for electronic systems, a model for controlling the temperature of substrates in technological equipment for thin film deposition, a model for controlling the current of high-voltage glow discharge electron guns, and a model for a radar tracking system are considered. Basic theoretical principles of fuzzy logic control systems, such as membership functions, fuzzy rules, fuzzification, and defuzzification of input and output variables, are considered, and the corresponding definitions are presented. It has been proven that the use of artificial fuzzy logic algorithms for electronic control systems in technological and communication equipment makes it possible to eliminate the effects of overshoot and unwanted bursts of controlled values. The membership functions are formed in accordance with the physical properties of the control elements and the control object.
