Concluding Remarks
摘要
Academic manager is the one who performs a role as manager without abandoning their teaching identity. In the light of the knowing-in-practice notion, academic manager’s knowing is constituted by their management path, entangled with a situated university context dependent on social, structural, and power issues. We conclude this book by discussing and reinforcing the academic managers’ role and their challenges, as well as by highlighting the framework we have analyzed and deepened, the cauldron of knowing of the academic manager.
