摘要

Childhood glaucoma is a spectrum of diseases that includes primary congenital glaucoma, juvenile open-angle glaucoma, and other secondary glaucomas. The ocular surface, stroma, and endothelium of the cornea can all be affected in various ways by both the glaucoma itself and the treatment of the glaucoma. This chapter details the involvement of the various layers of the cornea in childhood glaucoma, the changes that occur in the topography, higher-order aberrations, and biomechanics of the cornea, and the corneal surgeries that may be necessary for visual rehabilitation.
