摘要

Posterior segment imaging plays a pivotal role in the diagnosis and follow-up of childhood glaucoma. Key modalities employed include optic disc photography, optical coherence tomography (OCT) of the optic disc and macula, optical coherence tomography–angiography (OCTA), and, to a lesser extent, fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) and B-scan ultrasound. Both Cirrus OCT and Heidelberg OCT are equally useful. Although normative data specific to the paediatric age group is not readily available for OCT machines, these tests remain valuable for documenting changes over time.
