摘要

Vehicle seating safety is critical to vehicle design and development. The ergonomics of the seat design in a vehicle can enhance human comfort and system performance, adding to a safe and comfortable driving experience. This research focuses on improving automobile seating safety through an ergonomic analysis of seat safety using human modeling in RAMSIS software. RAMSIS is a popular software tool in the automotive industry for human modeling and ergonomics analysis. The software can evaluate the performance of seat belts, airbags, and other safety features and can give advice on where these features should be placed. RAMSIS is an important tool in designing cars that are safer and more comfortable, improving the overall security and wellbeing of passengers. This report also highlights the usage of RAMSIS software for Manikins creation. It helps in creating a virtual human model that can be used to evaluate the ergonomics of a car seat’s design. The study emphasizes the importance of human modeling and ergonomics analysis in automotive design and development. Overall, this study provides the significance for using RAMSIS software to design a secure and comfortable car seat.
