Motion-Sensing Interactive Game Design of Wuqinxi for Hearing-Impaired People
摘要
People with hearing impairment cannot perceive information and usually rely on their eyes to perceive society and the present situation. In the process of practicing fitness qigong, the hearing impaired can only imitate the basic movements of fitness qigong, but they cannot feel the health benefits of fitness qigong through music and guidance at a deeper level. Fitness qigong Wuqinxi can combine breathing, guidance, consciousness, and music to work on the human body to produce good fitness and health effects. Therefore, this study takes the Wuqinxi as an example, and aims to design a Wuqinxi interactive game with VR as the carrier for the whole interactive experience of the game; using Kinect sensor to assist in recognizing the standard of the user’s movements; and enhance the effectiveness of practicing fitness qigong for the hearing impaired people through the immersive visual experience, so as to make up for the obstacles of the hearing impaired people due to the lack of music guidance during the process of practicing.
