Digitalised Flexible Organisations: Towards the Sourcing Future of Work

In the second decade of this century work, and its posited futures, has been through a fraught period. From mid-2020 we witnessed the pandemic-induced shifts to remote and home working, by 2023 more than twice as prevalent than before COVID-19Covid-19. By that date some 76% of companies had adopted hybrid working, though many were still not sure of the optimal home-office work balance to adopt.
