Internet-Based Sourcing: Cloud and Crowdsourcing as Delivery Models

In this chapter we build on our commentary on cloud sourcing in Chapter 1 , and set up the work on crowdsourcing in Chapter 12 by describing the key principles of these two Internet-based sourcingInternet-based sourcing models, giving examples of how they have been adopted by client firms.
