The Relationship Between Digital Economy and International Regulatory Affairs: A Survey

摘要

International regulation is concerned with the instigation of rules and directives designed to govern and control at a global level in order to protect, preserve and maintain important issues which if not controlled, may be open to abuse, corruption and the endangerment of countries, economies and people. International directives are imposed on selected countries, although some may wish to opt-out. Economics is concerned with the balancing of a limited set of resources and the distribution of these resources. Regulation at any level may alter the nature of this distribution and as a result, may change the prosperity of economies, government and people and this ensures that regulation is imperative. Regulation at an international level may account for changes in national government as they may be required to alter their strategies, even at a cost which they may not be able to incur. This paper, presents a survey to five overview idea about the relationship between international regulatory affairs and the economics.
