Designing the UzBCS Lending Platform Network Based on Blockchain Technology and Ensure Transaction Security

In this article, further development of the banking lending sector based on the Banking Reform Strategy of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2020–2025, information security issues, the problems presented and the tasks identified in solving them were analyzed. Also, the design of the UzBCS lending platform based on Blockchain technology in accordance with the traditional lending process, the formation of a P2P network for the UzBCS blockchain, the use of modern credit scoring models and the assessment of the creditworthiness of borrowers, and the development of an information security policy in the lending process are considered. The basics of using effective cryptographic algorithms in securing lending transactions and the blockchain network, and the processes for determining the elliptic curve and its points for the ECDSA electronic digital signature algorithm in signing transactions are presented.
