Geological Structure and History of Exploration of the Anikhov Graben (Southern Urals, Russia)

Works on the study of gold occurrences of riftogenic structures of the East Ural uplift have been carried out. The article reflects the features of the geological and structural-tectonic structure of the Anikhov deep graben. Graben gold mineralization forms a number of extended ore zones and gold-bearing units enriched in them, which are of the greatest industrial interest. As a result of the generalization of geological materials and the results of analyzes for gold, the nature of the distribution of gold mineralization was revealed. Members of ore-bearing rocks reach tens of meters in thickness. They contain high contents of carbonaceous matter, reaching 7–11.2%.
