Materialisation of a System for the Production of Rapid Prototypes with Synthetics

This research outlines the materialisation and testing of a system to produce biomedical prototypes with synthetic materials. The system is designed to select suitable synthetic materials for biomechanical applications, develop the necessary hardware and software components, and integrate them for the efficient production of biomedical prototypes. The testing phase includes various types of testing, such as performance, functional, usability, and safety testing. Then, the system was tested and evaluated to make the appropriate modifications to obtain good quality for biomedical prototypes. Limitations and future improvements are also discussed.
