Research on the Design of Digital Interactive Medical Goggles with Integrated Modeling

Purpose Digital interactive medical goggles are designed to provide not only a diverse aesthetic experience for medical workers, but also a unique interactive experience. In view of the growing environment of medical device design, medical personnel’s high demand for equipment applicability and aesthetics, this paper analyzes the current situation of medical goggle design and the use process of medical personnel, analyzes the current situation of medical goggle design and the use process of medical personnel, and conducts a systematic design and innovation research and design practice for medical protective goggles. Methods The five key factors of medical goggles in terms of shape, structure, color, function and material are established by entropy weight method, then the KANO model is used to identify the user requirements, the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method is applied to transform the requirements into design parameters, and the problems in the design process are solved with the help of the TRIZ theory, and finally the systematic design innovation research and design practice is carried out. Results The user requirement items are constructed, the real needs of medical personnel for goggles at three levels of necessity, expectation and charm are screened out, and then transformed into quality characteristics and importance ranking, which are verified through experiments, and the aesthetics, safety and ease of use of the product are taken into consideration, and the product is placed in the “man-machine-environment”, so that the user experience, function configuration and adaptability are improved. Conclusion The integrated application of KANO-QFD-TRIZ model proposes a new design scheme for medical goggles, which can provide a reference for the design of medical goggles in the future.
