The value of water production in the twenty-second century will be many times higher compared to the production of water in the twenty-first century. The reason for the increase in the cost of water production is the inevitable implementation of consumption management programs in the future. In other words, water production will be equivalent to the most expensive production resources in the future. In the future, the option of water additional production will be replaced by the option of consumption management. Examining the effect of consumption management on water demand is an analytical basis that reveals the cost of optimization in the production sector. In order to predict the costs of implementing the consumption management program and related activities, it is necessary to performance in order to evaluate the control of non-physical (apparent) losses in distribution networks based on the Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The aim of the current work was to investigate the amount of apparent water loss in the water distribution network. In this regard, the total amount of apparent losses was calculated for the number of 200 consumers in an isolated area. The results of the work showed that the total amount of apparent losses was 4.86 (m3/day).
