摘要
Genodermatoses predominantly affect formation of the connective tissue collagen and elastic fibres and ground substance in the skin and other organs. Different modes of inheritance with different gene defects then different main presentations in each disease. Cutis laxa. Pseudoxanthoma elasticum, Marfan syndrome, Buschke-Ollendorff Syndrome, lipoid proteinosis, Focal dermal hypoplasia (Goltz syndrome) and Juvenile hyaline fibromatosis are presented in this chapter.
