Construction of Comprehensive Index Evaluation Model of Applied Talents’ Ability in Health Education Based on Competency Model

Strengthening and improving the construction of health education specialty in universities and promoting the characteristic development of health education specialty have become the consensus of school reform and development. Cultivating talents is an important mission and fundamental task of university development. To evaluate the level of running a university, the quality of talent training should be evaluated first. In this paper, AHP(analytic hierarchy process) and FCE (Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation) are used to analyze the research object qualitatively and quantitatively. Using the basic principle of AHP, the evaluation system based on competency model and the weight of each index are scientifically established. Using FCE method, the ability of applied talents in health education specialty is evaluated. The comprehensive index evaluation model of applied talents’ ability in health education based on competency model established in this paper is scientific and reasonable, which can help the schools carrying out undergraduate applied education to objectively and comprehensively evaluate the knowledge, ability and quality of health education students.
