With the acceleration of global economic integration, financial innovation and the construction of university entrepreneurial ecosystem have become the key driving forces to promote regional economic development. As one of the most dynamic economic regions in the world, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area gathers rich financial resources and high-quality university resources, which provides a good development environment for financial innovation and the construction of university entrepreneurship ecosystem. This paper aims to explore the relationship between financial innovation and the construction of university entrepreneurship ecosystem in the Greater Bay Area, the problems encountered and the development suggestions, so as to provide useful enlightenment for promoting the sustainable development of the Greater Bay Area economy.
