Brief Therapy for Childhood Separation Anxiety Disorder
摘要
The briefest validated treatment for children with Separation Anxiety Disorder (SepAD) is the Separation Anxiety Program for Families (German: Trennungs Angstprogramm Für Familien; TAFF) (Mohr, Schneider, Psychopathol Rev 1:201–208, 2014; Schneider et al., Psychother Psychosom 80:206–215, 2011; Schneider et al., J Consult Clin Psychol 81:932–940, 2013), a disorder-specific, family-based therapy that utilizes cognitive and exposure therapy. Children and a caregiver each attend 12 sessions (some separately, and some together, totaling 16 therapist-led sessions) over 8–12 weeks.
