Pre-legislative Scrutiny in Greece

Legislative scrutiny has been the focus of interdisciplinary research and analysis over the last 20 years. It has found its way into the practise of most international organisations and states, including the European Union. However, as the idea was born and developed in a period where legislative quality was absent from academic debate and legislative practise, legislative scrutiny remains disengaged from the crucial developments in the field of legislative quality and therefore detached from advances in legislative studies.
