Non-Infectious Keratitis
摘要
Non-infectious keratitis is commonly encountered in the early postoperative period following refractive surgery. Mostly presenting as a diffuse lamellar keratitis that is usually self-limiting or resolves with medical treatment. However, other rare causes of keratitis can cause ulcerations, edema, and scarring, which can be visually debilitating and present a diagnostic challenge to physicians when differentiating them from infectious keratitis. This chapter will present clinical photographs of different types of non-infectious keratitis and their management.
