This architecture, mirroring global trends, was integrated into Beira's landscape, showcasing adaptability. Designs from this era have enhanced energy efficiency, managed rainwater, and thermal comfort. However, modern developments have threatened these architectural gems. This study highlights the need to preserve these sites in the modern architecture. Strategies such as adaptive reuse offer sustainable solutions, ensuring that Beira's legacy aligns with modern urban growth.
