Robust Linear and Nonlinear Control Power of DFIG Under Wind Speed Variation

摘要

This research paper introduces techniques, for controlling the output power of wind turbine systems that utilize fed induction generators (DFIGs). The main focus is on ensuring robustness in challenging situations such as changes in wind speed or variations in DFIG parameters. We propose two PI) control methods, namely PI DIR and PI IND along with a cascaded PI controller (PI CAS) to enhance robustness. However, we acknowledge that the performance of PI CAS may be limited under conditions. To overcome this limitation, we have developed a synthesis approach using sliding mode control (SMC). In this study we. Compare the performance of these four control schemes in terms of their ability to promptly respond to changes in reactive power references when faced with sudden variations, in DFIG parameters or wind speeds during critical conditions.
