The NDT-FC Simulation Using the 3D FEM

During the realization of a non-destructive control tool (NDC), the experimental parametric study can be difficult for several reasons, including the multiplication of the number of tests or the manufacturing cost of a test prototype. The design, development, and optimization of eddy current NDT processes are made possible through the modeling and numerical simulation of electromagnetic systems. The purpose of the present study is to identify the non-destructive control (NDC) of eddy currents (FC) in its various modeling and experimental aspects. The TEAM Workshop 15-1 benchmark issues have been considered to validate a 3D electromagnetic system model using FEM. The results of our calculations are extremely accurate and consistent with the experimental data. This obviously enables us to examine many more examples in a perfect manner. Without the need to carry out experiments, we can now rely only on using the simulation model to study more phenomena related to our model and control its variables.
