The Concept of Comprehensive Security for Higher Educational Institutions: Ukrainian and European Experience

The report studies principal issues of ensuring security at higher educational institutions and provision of equal, proper and safe conditions for obtaining education and organization of a safe educational environment, which is especially relevant in view of the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
