Regulatory Framework—Water for Drinking Purposes
摘要
Drinking water must meet the requirements for human consumption and includes all water distributed through public or private aqueducts, but also in bottles, tanks and other containers, used for domestic purposes, in the food industry and for the preparation of food and beverages. As such, the definition of drinking water does not depend on the origin of the water, but on the use of the resource, and therefore on the quality requirements it must guarantee in order to protect the health of its users.
