Human Factors Design of Electric Bicycle Charging Shed Based on STAMP

摘要

This study was conducted to address the problems of non-standard charging time and vehicle stacking that may lead to fire accidents, focusing on the usage process of campus electric bicycle charging sheds. The safety constraint within electric bicycle charging system was determined, and a hierarchical model based on human factors for the control on the risk of electric bicycle charging accident was constructed. Potential unsafe control behaviors were identified in the control model, and their comprehensive weights were calculated and ranked by using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). Human factors analysis and design optimization were performed to obtain the optimal solution. In addition, the feasibility and effectiveness of this approach through the design practice of the campus electric bicycle charging shed were verified. This implementation demonstrated that incorporating the STAMP model and human factors engineering theory in the early stages of electric bicycle charging shed design could improve the safety and comfort of user charging processes and provide new ideas for the design of charging shed structures and charging interaction systems, such as electric bicycle charging shed design.
