Management of Laser Settings for Better SMILE Surgery
摘要
This chapter focuses on optimizing laser parameters, particularly for the VisuMax 500, to enhance the outcomes of small incision lenticule extraction (SMILE) surgery. It delves into the critical interplay between energy levels, spot size, and track distance, addressing challenges such as delayed visual recovery and tissue distortion. The authors explore the introduction of the high-speed VisuMax 800, highlighting its benefits in shortened treatment times, reduced spot and tracking distances, and lower energy per spot, ultimately contributing to advancements in refractive surgery settings.
