Pictorial Usability Metric for User Experience LITE: Development and Psychological Measurement
摘要
We developed the pictorial vision of the Usability Metric for User Experience LITE (UMUX-LITE) scale, called P-UMUX-LITE, intended to provide a new method for measuring perceived availability in human-computer interaction. The scale is based on the established verbal usability questionnaire UMUX-LITE, which was tested in a validation study (N = 100) using retrospective research, and psychometric properties (structural validity, Internal consistency, Concurrent validity, and Sensitivity) were measured. The results show that the scale has satisfactory psychometric properties. Furthermore, strong correlations were obtained for the sum scores between verbal SUS and P-UMUX-LITE.
