Introduction
摘要
Simon, winner of Nobel Prize in economics, proposed in The New Science of Management Decision that “management is decision making”. Decision making is an important part of human activities and plays a vital role in daily life. A complete decision goes through a series of processes, such as identifying problems and objectives, identifying alternatives, choosing decision-making methods, ranking alternatives, and delivering implementation. With the increasing complexity of human social activities, the range of information involved becomes wider and the influencing factors increase. To realize the scientific decision making, it is impossible to complete it well with the ability of a single person. This chapter firstly gives an introduction of research background, and then makes literature review of hesitant fuzzy linguistic group decision making. The aims and focuses of this book are provided in the end.
