Research on Hybrid Teaching Model of Strategic Management from the Ecological Perspective

The rapid development of digital technology has made the hybrid teaching mode combining online learning and face-to-face teaching a new learning paradigm. In this paper, we firstly sort out the background of the hybrid teaching mode of strategic management. Then from the ecological view, it constructs a hybrid teaching model dominated by the concept of student-centered value co-creation with digital technology as the soft foundation and teachers’ professionalism as the hard foundation. Thirdly, the paper takes strategic management course for undergraduate students in context of digital transformation of Chinese education as an example to analyze the course organization of hybrid teaching model. It provides reference for the implementation of hybrid teaching of strategic management and related business courses.
