Research on Digital Maturity Evaluation Model of Public Hospitals

Building an evaluation model of digital maturity in public hospitals, combining the data management maturity model with the digital maturity model, evaluating the research progress of digital transformation in public hospitals, and interpreting the meaning of digital maturity are all based on the systematic review of the body of literature that has already been published. The model will then be put into practice. It is discovered that public hospitals are still developing digital transformation, and there are gaps in the implementation of digital technology, data quality, and human resources. The well-established approach for evaluating digital maturity offers tools for assessments as well as insightful analysis and recommendations for the digital transformation of public hospitals.
