The Impact of Empowering Leadership on Employees’ Deviant Innovation Behavior from the Perspective of Planned Behavior
摘要
Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior, this study constructed a multiple mediation model of empowering leadership affecting employees’ deviant innovation behavior. The analysis results show that the higher the level of empowering leadership, the more likely employees are to have deviant innovation behavior. Psychological security, organizational innovation climate and creative self-efficacy play a significant mediating role in the process of empowering leadership to stimulate employees’ deviant innovation behavior. The results of this study provide new theoretical support for the subsequent research on deviant innovation behavior, and provide decision-making basis for enterprise managers to promote employees’ deviant innovation behavior and improve enterprise innovation performance.
